The Scientific Meeting has eponymous lectures: Schirmer and Murube, Invited keynote Lectures, six specialist symposia, free papers, rapid fire presentations, interactive demonstrations and peer review cases, e-posters. It promises to be a lively and instructive meeting. The Star studded faculty of invited speakers includes Thea Pharma Optometry, and Invited Optometry and Independent Optometrist Star Edutainer.

Inaugural Eponymous Lectures:

  • The Schirmer Lecture:
    Professor Harminder Dua will give the inaugural Schirmer Lecture “Ocular surface reconstruction: Principles and procedures”.
  • The Dr Juan Murube de Castillo Lecture:
    Professor Geoffrey Rose will give the inaugural Dr Juan Murube de Castillo Lecture on Watery Eyes. “High tension: some unknowns in dacryology”.
  • The Scientific Meeting Includes Six Specialist Symposia
