Dr Spierings BSc(hon) MBBS MRCP(UK) FRCP(edin) MRCP(Derm) MBA MSC trained as a Consultant Dermatologist in London with sub-specialty fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic and Dermatologic Surgery at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle and a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine from the University of London.
As a procedural dermatologist, Dr Spierings is highly skilled at removing various skin lesions including cysts both large and small as well as performing injectable and laser cosmetic treatments. You can see her in action on Channel 5’s Skin A&E, now in its sixth season.
She has also recently written a book – Skintelligent: What you really need to know to get great skin – the first book about skincare to be based on fact, not fiction, for patients and skincare consumers, published by Penguin Randomhouse.
